I step into growing companies when execution, growth, or international expansion has outpaced internal leadership capacity. I hold an Electrical Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP®) with 15+ years in Oil & Gas, EPC contracting, technical sales, and advisory work. I’ve managed multi-million-dollar projects, led cross-functional teams, and closed international deals in complex regulatory environments.

I’ve held full-time roles in operations and business development. I know what takes to deliver under pressure, manage stakeholders, and build frameworks that outlast the person who created them.

Now I work fractionally—bringing that same rigor to companies that need senior execution but don’t need it every day.

It means you get a high-level executive (like me) for a set number of hours per month. You get 100% of the expertise at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.
